I am a certified Reiki Master/Teacher, I work with the best intent to pick you up and to help you by giving you Reiki healing.
The word Reiki means – (Ray-Key) this is a Japenese word meaning Universal Life Energy, an energy which is all around us.
The method of receiving a Reiki healing from a practitioner is a very simple process. The recipient simply relaxes treatment can be by either lying or given in a sitting position, the main thing is for the recipient to be as comfortable as possible. There is no need to remove any clothing, as Reiki will pass through anything, even plaster casts. The practitioner gently places their hands non-intrusively in a sequence of positions, or if you prefer just by placing my hands on your shoulders, or even away from your body, energy knows where it is needed to go and does just that. Leaving you feeling relaxed and ready for a sleep. This is your body telling you that the healing is still continuing even when you leave me.

Sometimes through what life challenges us part of us responds to this in different ways, if it is emotional then this area will be affected and may need to re-aligned in order for you to move forward and the same with other areas of your life will have an affect on your body and chakra's.
Chakra balancing price is £10 for 15 to 30 mins depending on the person's needs.
